WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY ZERO TOLERANCE FOR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT, ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR, OR ATTEMPTS TO EVADE MODERATION. By using this app, you agree that you will NOT create, upload, share, engage with, promote, or attempt to bypass safeguards related to any of the following:
Offensive, abusive, threatening, or violent content or behavior
Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or stalking
Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting protected groups
Sexually explicit, pornographic, or fetish content
Sexual solicitation or sexually suggestive behavior
Content involving minors in any sexualized or exploitative manner (reported immediately to authorities)
Illegal activities, substances, or instructions
Spam, scams, impersonation, or deceptive practices
Attempts to evade detection, moderation systems, filters, or enforcement actions
Violations may result in immediate and permanent account termination without notice.
Community Safety & Moderation (Apple Guideline 1.2 Compliance)
This app includes user-generated content and social features. To protect users and comply with Apple App Store Guideline 1.2, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. We provide the following safety mechanisms:
Content filtering using automated systems and human moderation
In-app reporting tools allowing users to report offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content
User blocking tools allowing users to block other users from interacting with them
Administrative enforcement, including content removal and account suspension or termination

This app does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or professional health advice.
By using this app, you acknowledge and agree that:
You should consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program
You are responsible for determining whether any exercise or workout is appropriate for your physical condition
You should immediately stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
The app creators are not responsible for any injuries that may occur from following the workouts

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
MOOD offers auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium content and features. The following disclosures are required by Apple and are incorporated into these Terms.
Subscription Options:
MOOD Monthly $9.99 per month (auto-renewable)
MOOD Annual $79.00 per year (auto-renewable)
MOOD Founding Member Annual $39.00 per year (auto-renewable, available to qualifying early adopters)
Free Trial: Where offered, free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period (monthly or annually) unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Billing: Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period at the applicable subscription price listed above.
Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase (on your device: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > MOOD). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to premium features until then.
No Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's standard refund policy.
Price Changes: If we change subscription prices, we will provide notice and your continued subscription after the change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Apple is the merchant of record for all In-App Purchases. All payment processing is handled by Apple; we do not collect or store your payment card information.

User Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time through the in-app account deletion flow (Settings > Account > Delete Account). See our Privacy Policy for details on data deletion. Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription; you must cancel separately through Apple ID Account Settings.
User Blocking
Users may block other users at any time using in-app controls. Blocking prevents further interaction, including viewing profiles, commenting, messaging, or engaging with content. Abuse of the blocking system or attempts to circumvent blocks constitutes a violation of these Terms.
User-Generated Content
You may post content including photos, videos, comments, and workout data. By posting content, you:
Grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app
Confirm you own or have rights to the content you post
Agree not to post illegal, harmful, or objectionable content
Accept that we may remove content that violates these terms
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
Post spam, advertisements, or malicious content
Impersonate others or provide false information
Attempt to hack or disrupt the app's functionality
Use the app for any illegal purposes
Share content that is violent, hateful, or sexually explicit
Prohibited Sexual Content
The following content is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in immediate account termination:
Pornographic or sexually explicit images, videos, or text
Nudity or partial nudity intended to be sexual
Sexual solicitation or offers of sexual services
Content depicting sexual acts or fetishes
Sexually suggestive content involving minors (ZERO TOLERANCE reported to authorities)
Links to pornographic websites or adult content
Sexual harassment or unsolicited sexual messages
Content promoting or glorifying non-consensual sexual activity
We use automated filtering and human moderation to detect and remove prohibited content. Attempting to bypass our filters will result in permanent account suspension.
Content Moderation
We reserve the right to:
Review and moderate user-generated content
Remove content that violates these terms
Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
Report illegal content to appropriate authorities
We aim to review reported content within 24 hours and take appropriate action to maintain a safe and positive community.
Enforcement Authority
We reserve sole discretion to determine whether content or behavior violates these Terms. We are not obligated to provide warnings or appeals prior to enforcement actions, including suspension or termination.
Dynamic Content & Features
Our app includes features that provide dynamic, personalized content:
"Choose for me" Algorithmically selects workouts based on your mood, energy, and preferences
Daily workout recommendations Automatically generated suggestions based on your mood-based inputs
Featured workouts Curated content that may change over time
These features use algorithms to personalize your experience. Results are not guaranteed, and workout recommendations may vary. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove features at any time.
Intellectual Property
The app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Official Mood App LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE. FITNESS RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND DEPEND ON INDIVIDUAL EFFORT AND CIRCUMSTANCES.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PHYSICAL INJURIES RESULTING FROM EXERCISE.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the in-app account deletion flow (Settings > Account > Delete Account). Upon account deletion, your posts, comments, and associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
